Home Health

Home Health Care is skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and/or medical social services that patients receive in their home for the treatment of an illness or injury. The home health staff provides and coordinates the care with the primary care doctor.

Home Health Care Programs

HAHHH provides several programs to meet an individual’s home health care needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
